Rainbow Chard

Red Onion, chopped

White Onion, chopped

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Basil leaves, fresh and chopped

Lemon, zested and juiced plus 2 lemons quartered for garnish

Peccorino Parmesan Cheese

Rinse and cut the chard into bite sized pieces. Sauté the onion in the butter and olive oil. Add the chopped chard and the basil leaves. Cook for 3 minutes.

Add the lemon zest and the juice. Cook until the chard is wilted and on the tender side of al denté.

Serve warm with grated Peccorino Parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
